About
Ashley Fidler is Chief Product Officer at MoxiWorks, a PropTech company applying AI to real estate sales and marketing. She has spent her career working on the same core problem: how to build AI into products in ways that actually transform how companies work.
She has been building AI into business products since 2011, across FinTech, LegalTech, Cybersecurity, and PropTech — always at the intersection of AI capability and the organizational systems that determine whether any of it lands.
Her foundation is product, but her background is technical enough to work fluently with engineering, evaluate AI and data architecture decisions, and recognize when a technical approach will create business problems downstream. She has worked with ML models and data, led technology organizations, and worked on AI products long enough to have seen several cycles of hype and correction.
She holds a PhD in linguistics from Georgetown University.
